Nehemiah is a model for leadership. He knew God. He knew the scriptures and he was a man of prayer. Everything he did was with efficiency and excellence. He knew how to petition authority, evaluate a situation, motivate people, and delegate wisely. He recognized opportunities and, using good judgment, sought the resources to solve problems. The leadership strengths and strategies used by Nehemiah will be examined in depth, underscored by Pastor Jeff’s many years of applying these very strategies to his life and ministry.
